Well I wish I had a person chef and personal trainer and personal this and that. But since I don't this is all on my own. I am going to challenge myself to do this. Our anniversary is in October and we are now planning to go down south for vacation. We wanted to go to Jamaica but way to much.
So day 4 of no smoking. Eating is up and down. I did sign up for Jillian Michaels news letter. Starting Monday I will be taking my shoes to work to walk for 30mins at lunch. Then when I get the kids to bed I will be doing Zumba.
Well off to bed.. Any suggestions or ideas to help please let me know.

I say I come over and do Zumba with you, then after we can drive to DQ, leave the kids in the car and go in and get a Thin Mint Blizzard...LOL!
